MMG (01208) 1Q copper cathode production up 11%

[ET Net News Agency, 23 April 2018] MMG Limited (01208) said its copper cathode
production for the first quarter of 2018 amounted to 40,290 tonnes, an increase of 11%
year-on-year and 6% quarter-on-quarter.
Copper production amounted to 87,461 tonnes, a decrease of 22% year-on-year and 28%
quarter-on-quarter.
The output of zinc and lead amounted to 47,138 tonnes and 7,858 tonnes, an increase of
146% and 26% over the same period last year.
MMG maintains 2018 production guidance of 560,000-590,000 tonnes of copper and
190,000-220,000 tonnes of zinc. (HL)
