Hua Hong Semi (01347) controlling holder to sell 2.7% stake

[ET Net News Agency, 18 May 2018] Hua Hong Semiconductor (01347) said controlling
shareholder Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd (SAIL) entered into a placing agreement for
the placing of 28 million shares, representing around 2.69% of the issued share capital,
at HK$17.4 per share through a secondary share placing.
The placing is expected to close on or about 23 May.
After completion of the placing, SAIL will be indirectly interested in about 52.48% of
the issued share capital of Hua Hong Semiconductor and SAIL will continue to be a
controlling shareholder. (HL)
