CC Securities (01375) buys 10% stake in Hebi Magnesium

[ET Net News Agency, 16 July 2018] Central China Securities (01375) said its
wholly-owned subsidiary Central China Blue Ocean had entered into a capital contribution
agreement with Henan Coal and other capital contributors.
The capital contributors agreed to establish Hebi Magnesium Trading Centre with a
registered capital of RMB100 million.
The group will contribute RMB10 million and hold 10% of the equity interest in Hebi
Magnesium Trading Centre through Central China Blue Ocean.
Henan Investment Group is the largest substantial shareholder of the company and holds
21.3% of the issued share capital of the company. It also holds 64.2% of the equity
interest in Yuneng Holdings, which holds 80% of the equity interest in Henan Coal. Henan
Coal is the indirect subsidiary of Henan Investment Group. (SC)
