[ET Net News Agency, 10 November 2017] Swire Properties (01972) said the overall
occupancy of its principal office properties in Hong Kong was 99% as at the end of
September 2017, same as at the end of 2016.
In particular, Pacific Place and One Island East achieved full occupancy while occupancy
at Cityplaza and Taikoo Place was 99%.
The reversion, representing the percentage increase in rent on lease renewals, entry
into new leases and rent reviews, as at 30 September 2017 at Pacific Place, Cityplaza and
TaiKoo Place and One Island East were 15%, 8%, 3% and 10% respectively.
On principal office properties in Mainland China, TaiKoo Hui Offices achieved 98%
occupancy as at 30 September 2017 while occupancy at ONE INDIGO rose to 93%.
All of the principal retail properties in Hong Kong, namely The Mall, Pacific Place,
Cityplaza and Citygate Outlets (excluding area closed for renovation and upgrading works
during the first three quarters), achieved full occupancy as at 30 September 2017, with
retail sales decline of 5.4%, 5.1% and an increase of 0.1% respectively. (HL)
