[I-bank focus]UBS lifts AAC Technologies (02018) to HK$194

[ET Net News Agency, 2 March 2018] UBS Global Research lifted its target price for AAC
Technologies (02018) to HK$194 from HK$190, and upgraded its rating to "buy" from
"neutral".
The research house believes its acoustics and haptics business is on track to support a
strong 2018 while RF mechanical and optics could be a 2019/20 story.
UBS believes AAC could benefit from increasing demand for advanced acoustic/haptic
products despite increasing competition. In addition, stronger plastic lens sales could
lead to improving profitability.
Although AAC's share price has started to recover, UBS thinks it does not fully reflect
a promisingly strong 2018. (KL)
