Guorui Properties (02329) October contracted sales up 12%

[ET Net News Agency, 9 November 2017] Guorui Properties (02329) said the Group achieved
contracted sales of about Rmb570 million in October, an increase of 12% from a year
earlier, with contracted sales in terms of gross floor area (GFA) of about 52,000 square
metres. Contracted average selling price (ASP) amounted to about Rmb11,000 per square
metre.
For the ten months ended 31 October 2017, the Group achieved total contracted sales of
about Rmb8,070 million, down 22.4% year-on-year. Contracted sales in terms of GFA amounted
to about 546,800 square metres and contracted ASP was about Rmb14,760 per square metre.
