Chalco buys 51% stake in logistics biz from major holder

[ET Net News Agency, 18 September 2018] Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (02600)
said its wholly-owned subsidiary Chalco Logistics agreed to acquire 51% equity interests
in Dongqing Longhua Logistics from Northeast Light Alloy at a consideration of RMB3.304
million.
Principal activities of Dongqing Longhua Logistics include road freight operation,
warehousing (excluding hazardous articles and inflammable and explosive goods),
information consultancy (excluding agency), handling operation, import and export trade,
and research and development of new energy technology and relevant products.
Northeast Light Alloy is a subsidiary of Aluminum Corporation of China (Chinalco), the
controlling shareholder of the company. (SC)
