R&F Properties (02777) sees annual profit to rise over 190%

[ET Net News Agency, 9 February 2018] Guangzhou R&F Properties (02777) said it expects
to record a significant increase in the consolidated profit for the year ended 31 December
2017 of over 190% as compared with the previous financial year.
The expected increase in the consolidated profit for the year is mainly attributable to
a non-recurring gain on bargain purchase for the acquisition of the hotel assets.
Its annual results announcement is expected to be published before the end of March.
