China Huarong says Huarong Exchange Center starts business

[ET Net News Agency, 1 February 2018] China Huarong Asset Management (02799) said
Huarong Zhongguancun Distressed Asset Exchange Center Co., Ltd. has officially commenced
its business today.
The registered capital of Huarong Exchange Center is Rmb500 million, and its business
scope mainly includes: distressed assets and various other debt assets related
transactions; corporate management consultation; and investing and financing information
intermediary and broker consultation (may not conduct transactions relating to financial
products prior to approval by financial administrative authority of the State Council of
People's Republic of China). (HL)
