China Res Pharma (03320) to set up investment fund

[ET Net News Agency, 8 November 2017] China Resources Pharmaceutical (03320) said it
entered into a limited partnership agreement with partners in relation to the
establishment of China Resources Pharmaceutical Industrial Investment Fund LLP with a
proposed size of Rmb2,500 million.
The fund will be principally engaged in equity investments in the PRC pharmaceutical
enterprises. The proposed aggregate capital commitment of the China Resources
Pharmaceutical Group will amount to Rmb305.25 million, representing about 12.21% of the
total capital commitment in the fund. (HL)
