[ET Net News Agency, 29 December 2017] China Resources Pharmaceutical (03320) said the
Group, through its subsidiaries CR Pharmaceutical Holdings and CR Pharmaceutical
Commercial, has subscribed for equity interest in China Resources Leasing Co., Ltd. (CR
Leasing) at a total of about Rmb889.4 million.
Upon completion of the subscription, the Group will hold 40% of the enlarged equity
interest in CR Leasing.
Established in 2006 in China, CR Leasing is principally engaged in financial leasing,
leasing, factoring and other related consultancy and guarantee services.
The capital contribution in CR Leasing marks an important step for CR Pharma to enter
the finance leasing segment. By leveraging CR Pharma's leading position in the
distribution business in China, the capital contribution would create synergies between
its pharmaceutical and leasing businesses. It marks the Group's venture into the financial
leasing business to realize integration of pharmaceutical and financial service
