FE Horizon (03360) substantial holder to sell 230m shares

[ET Net News Agency, 18 April 2018] Far East Horizon (03360) clarified it is not
currently seeking to place any shares in the market after recent media reports stated that
the company is seeking to place 197.2 million shares at HK$7.9 per share.
Far East Horizon also said it received a notice from its shareholder CMI Financial
Holding Company Limited, that it has entered into a placing agreement with a placing
manager to sell 230 million shares of Far East Horizon to independent third party
investor(s) during the pre-opening session on 17 April at HK$7.9 per share. The delivery
is expected to be made on 19 April. (HL)
