[ET Net News Agency, 9 January 2018] Sino-Ocean Group (03377) said contracted sales of
the group for December of 2017 amounted to about Rmb7.96 billion with contracted sales GFA
of about 416,000 square metres, representing year-on-year increase of 93% and 95%.
Contracted average selling price was about Rmb19,100 per square metre, representing
year-on-year decrease of 1%.
The accumulated contracted sales for the twelve months ended 31 December 2017 amounted
to about Rmb70.56 billion with accumulated contracted sales GFA of about 3.71 million
square metres, representing year-on-year increase of about 40% and 28%. Contracted average
selling price was about Rmb19,000 per square metre, representing year-on-year increase of
