[ET Net News Agency, 11 April 2017] Bonjour Holdings (00653) said the Group sold 180
million shares of Town Health International Medical Group (03886) at HK$1.2 per Town
Health share yesterday on the market through Fordjoy Securities and Futures Limited to
independent third buyer(s).
The disposed shares represent around 2.3% of the issued share capital of Town Health.
It is expected that Bonjour will record an estimated loss of about HK$7.2 million from
the disposal. It is expected that the net proceeds from the disposal will be used by the
Group for its general working capital and for business expansion and diversification
After such disposal, Bonjour holds about 2.4% interests in Town Health. (HL)
