[ET Net News Agency, 6 December 2019] Greentown China Holdings Limited (03900) said
Greentown Group (including Greentown China Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, together
with its joint ventures and associates) sold 4,195 units with a saleable area of 610,000
sqm in November 2019. Monthly sales reached RMB14.2 billion, a year-on-year increase of
26.79%. The average selling price was RMB23,322 per sqm.
From January to November 2019, Greentown Group recorded contracted sales of RMB112.7
billion involving a saleable area of 4.42 million sqm, of which RMB64.1 billion was
attributable to the group (including Greentown China Holdings Limited and its
subsidiaries). As at 30 November 2019, in addition to contracted sales, Greentown Group
recorded subscription sales of RMB2.8 billion, of which RMB1.6 billion was attributable to
the group.
In addition, in November 2019, the total saleable area of the properties sold pursuant
to the projects under project management business of Greentown Group with the Greentown
brand name (non-investment projects, referred to as projects under project management)
achieved 610,000 sqm, with a total contracted amount of RMB7.7 billion. From January to
November 2019, the total contracted sales of the projects under project management reached
RMB59.4 billion, with a total saleable area of 4.66 million sqm. (RC)
