Huijin to transfer 9.5% stake in CICC (03908) to Haier

[ET Net News Agency, 8 June 2018] China International Capital Corporation (CICC)
(03908) said Central Huijin Investment Ltd. agreed to sell its 398.5 million domestic
shares in CICC (representing about 9.5% of the total share capital) to Haier Group
(Qingdao) Financial Holdings Ltd. at Rmb5,411.63 million.
Following the transfer, Huijin will directly hold 1,936 million domestic shares in CICC,
representing about 46.2% of the total share capital. (HL)
