[ET Net News Agency, 17 August 2018] Credit Suisse raised its target price for FIT Hon
Teng (06088) to HK$3.9 from HK$3.5, and maintained its "neutral" rating.
The research house said FIT's 1H revenue/net income of US$1.7bn/US$108mn (+25%/+60% YoY)
were 15%/50% above Credit Suisse's estimates due to higher-than-expected sales and lower
opex.
Credit Suisse cited management from the results call noting that the mobile and wireless
devices segment reported 30% YoY sales growth, driven by rising dongle shipment,
earphone-related adaptors. But Credit Suisse expects 2H to grow with lower rate.
Credit Suisse raised its 2018-20 EPS forecasts by 14%/12%/6% on better sales outlook and
lowering opex. (KL)
