Beida Jade Bird (08095) to buy Hunan property at RMB39.66m

[ET Net News Agency, 9 September 2019] Beijing Beida Jade Bird Universal Sci-Tech
Company Limited (08095) said its subsidiary Chuanqi Tourism has agreed to buy a property
at a consideration of RMB39.66 million.
The property constitutes the entire block of building under construction, situated at
Hengyang, Hunan, the PRC. The property is currently intended to be used for administrative
and office use of Chuanqi Tourism. (RC)
