[ET Net News Agency, 14 September 2018] China Vanguard You Champion (08156) said its
subsidiary has signed a Shenzhen residential lease service supervisory platform
development project agreement with Tencent Cloud. The project agreement will bring
considerable revenue to the group through the business of "Internet + Leasing".
The project agreement is about Tencent Cloud authorizing the group to develop a
supervisory platform and related services under the Shenzhen lease platform including
functional services such as a self-service system for Shenzhen residential lease agencies,
operation and supervision system, third-party interface to the Shenzhen lease platform,
housing data filter and operational maintenances.
The Shenzhen lease platform is already online and houses for rent are constantly
registered and transacted with tenants constantly growing.
Tencent Cloud is a controlled structured entity of Tencent (00700). It provides a
considerable number of cloud services, such as cloud computing, data processing and cloud
operation services to empower the users' business. (SC)
