Topsearch (02323) buys stakes in SkyNet (08176) for HK$200m

[ET Net News Agency, 24 November 2016] Topsearch International (02323) said its
indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Bridge Investments has agreed to buy 41.67
million shares in SkyNet Group (08176) from New Cove for HK$200 million.
The subscription price of HK$4.8 represents 4% discount to its previous closing price of
HK$5.
Topsearch said the investment allow the group to maximise the long term return of funds
of the company by capitalising the opportunities arising from our investment in SkyNet
