[ET Net News Agency, 27 November 2017] China Child Care (01259) said it entered into a
joint venture agreement with Food Idea (08179) in relation to the formation of the JV.
The JV will be owned as to 50% by China Child Care and 50% by Food Idea. The parties
agree that initial capital to be contributed to the JV by each of them shall not be more
than HK$40 million either in cash or in kind.
The JV shall be engaged in the manufacturing and sale of dessert and juice beverages
under the brand of "Lucky Dessert" in the PRC. The parties agree that the JV shall, in
each year, target to manufacture and sell not more than 50 million bottles of dessert and
juice beverages in the PRC. (HL)
