[ET Net News Agency, 6 September 2017] InvesTech Holdings (01087) said it disposed of
an aggregate of 55.8 million shares of First Credit Finance (08215), representing about
1.5% of the issued share capital of First Credit, at prices ranged between HK$0.5 and
HK$0.53 per First Credit share through the open market at an aggregate consideration of
about HK$28.74 million, during the period between 14 August and 5 September.
Upon completion, InvesTech still holds 54.5 million First Credit shares, representing
about 1.5% of the issued share capital of First Credit.
InvesTech expects to record a gain on disposal of about HK$3.46 million. The net
proceeds will be applied as the working capital of the Group. (HL)
