Alltronics (00833) inks medical equipment supply & sale deal

[ET Net News Agency, 12 September 2014] Alltronics (00833) said it entered into a
manufacturing agreement and distribution agreement with Beijing Fu Le Yun Testing
Technology Limited for the manufacturing and supply, and sales of medical equipment owned
by Beijing FLY which is mainly used for preliminary testing and screening of various kinds
of infectious diseases.
Alltronics has been granted by Beijing FLY the exclusive rights to manufacture and
supply the medical equipment to Beijing FLY. It has also been granted by Beijing FLY the
exclusive rights to sell the medical equipment in five territories, namely Australia,
Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Japan. (HL)
