Lenovo (00992) syas PC shipment guidance intact

Lenovo Group (00992) said that certain publication
that stated the company has made a substantial downward revision to its personal computer
shipment forecast for the remainder of 2012.
But the company noted that it has not made any such downward revision forecast.
Further, Lenovo believes that it will continue to outgrow the global personal computer
market in a manner consistent with the recent development achieved by the company.
The company also pointed out that as it adopts a hybrid manufacturing structure
(external suppliers and in-house manufacturing), external supplies would only represent a
portion of the company's requirements. (KL)
