[ET Net News Agency, 5 December 2019] Shui On Land Limited (00272) said in November
2019, contracted residential property sales amounted to RMB1,276 million. Total gross
floor area (GFA) of contracted property sales was 58,400 square metres (sq.m.) and 10
units of carpark. The average selling price of the signed contracts respecting property
sales was RMB21,900 per sq.m.
Accumulated contracted property sales amounted to RMB7,517 million for the first eleven
months of 2019, comprising residential property sales of RMB7,244 million and commercial
property sales of RMB273 million, respectively. Aggregated GFA sold for contracted
property sales reached 340,400 sq.m. with the average selling price of RMB22,100 per sq.m.
In addition, 788 units of carpark were sold in the first eleven months of 2019. (RC)
