[ET Net News Agency, 30 December 2020] Meilleure Health International Industry Group
Limited (02327) said the company (through its wholly owned subsidiary, namely Meilleure
Health Technology) has entered into an investment agreement with Shenzhen Mason Vap and
its existing shareholders and de facto controllers to subscribe for a 2% equity interest
and acquire a 1% equity interest in Shenzhen Mason Vap.
Pursuant to the agreement, Meilleure Health Technology will subscribe for a 2% equity
interest in Shenzhen Mason Vap at a consideration of RMB12 million by way of additional
issue with a capital contribution. In addition, upon completion of the capital increase,
Meilleure Health Technology will acquire a 1% equity interest in Shenzhen Mason Vap from
one of the existing shareholders of Shenzhen Mason Vap at the price of RMB6 million.
Shenzhen Mason Vap is a company engaged in the research, development and manufacture of
nicotine-containing atomisation products on a global scale. (RC)
