[ET Net News Agency, 23 February 2021] Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (03328) said
its subsidiary BoCom Wealth Management has obtained the approval from China Banking and
Insurance Regulatory Commission. It approves Schroder Investment Management and BoCom
Wealth Management to establish Schroder BoCom Wealth Management in Shanghai by way of
joint venture, in which the capital contribution proportion of Schroder Investment
Management and BoCom Wealth Management is 51% and 49% respectively.
The establishment of Schroder BoCom Wealth Management will help BoCom Wealth Management
introduce the professional experience of international assets management institutions in
investment management, corporate governance, operations management, asset portfolio
management, risk management and other fields, enrich the supply of the wealth management
products and meet the diversified service needs of investors. (RC)
