[ET Net News Agency, 18 October 2018] HSBC Global Research lowered its target price for
CK Hutchison (CKH)(00001) to HK$100 from HK$112 due to the lower NAV estimation, and
maintained its "buy" rating.
After CKH takes full control of Wind Tre, the research house expects that further cost
savings could be exploited from operational efficiency, consistency in data management
platforms and capital allocation.
HSBC factored in the completed acquisition of the remaining 50% stake of Wind Tre with
effect from 4Q. It noted that increased net debt mainly from the payment for the Wind Tre
acquisition and consolidated net debt from Wind Tre, offset by cash receivables from PAH
(00006) and CKA (01113) for the infrastructure projects. (KL)
