[ET Net News Agency, 19 March 2020] Huatai Research lifted its target price for Country
Garden Services Holdings (CGS)(06098) to HK$33.6 from HK$32.2 and maintained its "buy"
rating.
The research house said CGS' 2019 results were once again ahead of market expectations.
Meanwhile, CGS expanded its aggregate project size to 276mn sqm in 2019 (in line with
Huatai's expectation of 267mn sqm) and has another 409mn sqm in the pipeline (up by 26%),
maintaining its sector-leading earnings visibility.
Huatai reiterated its positive view on CGS and kept it as one of our top picks in the
sector. It lifted its 2020/21 earnings estimates for CGS by 1.5/1.3%, on higher forecasts
for the company's GFA under management and revenue from community VAS. (KL)
