[ET Net News Agency, 21 July 2020] Credit Suisse lifted its target price for Citic
Securities (06030) to HK$23.1 from HK$22.5 and maintained its "outperform" rating.
The research house revised up its index target for MSCI China/Hang Seng Index/CSI300 to
110/28,500/5,500, offering 18/14/22% upside respectively for 2H. It also revised up its
2020-22 assumptions for the stock ADT (average daily turnover), MFSL (Margin financing and
securities lending business) balance and equity investment returns.
For CITICS, Credit Suisse revised up FY2020-22 net profit estimates by 11.9%/4.8%/1.4%,
respectively. It believes that CITICS is better positioned to benefit from the ongoing
capital market reform measures, which should continue to roll out over the coming month.
