[ET Net News Agency, 29 December 2020] Citi Research raised its target price for
Henderson Land Development (HLD) (00012) to HK$35.4 from HK$34.7 and reiterated its "buy"
rating.
In spite of suffering from COVID's negative impact, HLD's management is committed to a
steady DPS policy if possible, as they see their future cash flow is supported by new IPs
(investment properties) in HK and China, together with more saleable resources on HK
development properties, the research house said.
Citi believes if vaccination turns out to be effective to remove COVID overhang and
improves HK's overall outlook, HLD would be able to keep its DPS unchanged. Citi sees good
downside support at the current price level as the stock is trading at an attractive 6%
dividend yield. (KL)
