[ET Net News Agency, 3 August 2017] CK Hutchison Holdings (00001) said its its profit
attributable to ordinary shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2017 rose 6.7%
year-on-year to HK$15,919 million.
Earnings per share were HK$4.13.
Recurring profit attributable to ordinary shareholders before profits on disposal of
investments and others in the first half of 2017 was HK$15,892 million, an increase of 4%
in reported currency and 10% in local currencies.
Both EBITDA and EBIT increased 2% in reported currency and 7% in local currencies
compared to the same period last year to HK$45,311 million and HK$30,012 million.
Total revenue amounted to HK$190,053 million, an increase of 5% in reported currency and
9% in local currencies.
The Board declares an interim dividend of HK78 cents (2016: HK73.5 cents) per share,
payable on 14 September. (HL)
