CKI Holdings, CK Property to buy energy management group

[ET Net News Agency, 28 July 2017] CK Hutchison Holdings (00001), CK Infrastructure
Holdings (CKI) (01038) and Cheung Kong Property (CKPH) (01113) said CKPH and CKI agreed to
form a joint venture company to acquire ista Luxemburg GmbH.
CKPH and CKI will own 65% and 35% interests in the JV respectively. The aggregate
maximum financial commitment of CKPH and CKI amount to EUR4,500 million (equivalent to
about HK$41,400 million).
The target is one of the world's leading fully integrated energy management services
providers with strong market positions in Europe (including Germany, Denmark, the
Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain). (HL)
