Hutchison Holdings Limited (CKHH) (00001), CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (CKI)
(01038) and Power Assets Holdings Limited (PAH) (00006) confirmed that a consortium
comprising CKA, CKI and PAH has submitted an indicative, non-binding conditional proposal
for the consortium or CKA to acquire all of the issued stapled securities in APA Group.
APA Group is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (stock code: ASX:APA) and owns
and operates energy assets and investments across mainland Australia.
The consortium or CKA, subject to among other things, the approval of the shareholders
of CKA, proposes to acquire 100% of the issued stapled securities in APA Group from the
security holders of APA Group by way of schemes of arrangement for a cash consideration of
AUD11 per stapled security.
There can be no certainty that any agreement will be entered into, that a formal binding
proposal will be submitted, or that a transaction will be undertaken. (HL)
