CIFI Holdings (00884) to issue CNY1.6 billion senior notes

[ET Net News Agency, 17 July 2019] CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. (00884) said the
company will issue senior notes in the aggregate principal amount of CNY1.6 billion, which
will mature on 23 April 2022.
The notes will bear interest from 23 July 2019 at the rate of 6.7% per annum, payable
semi-annually in arrears on 23 April and 23 October of each year, commencing 23 October
2019. The offering price will be 100% of the principal amount of the notes.
The company intends to use the net proceeds for refinancing its existing indebtedness.
