OCT (ASIA) (03366) sells stake in Tongcheng-Elong (00780)

[ET Net News Agency, 18 November 2020] Overseas Chinese Town (Asia) Holdings Limited
(03366) said its wholly-owned subsidiary City Legend further disposed of on-market an
aggregate of 5,372,800 shares of Tongcheng-Elong Holdings Limited (00780) between 12-17
November, at the average selling price of HK$14.41 per share.
The aggregate gross sale proceeds from this third disposal since 28 August were HK$77.4
million.
As a result of the disposal, the group is expected to recognise a gain before taxation
of RMB6.1 million. It still holds 89,594,280 shares of Tongcheng-Elong, representing 4.13%
of the issued share capital of Tongcheng-Elong as of 30 October. (KL)
