《經濟通通訊社１１日專訊》香港小輪（０００５０）旗下粉嶺項目「逸峯」於上周六
（９日）公布首批１３８伙單位價單，即供平均建築呎價為６５６２元，實用平均呎價８７８２
元。
港輪於昨日（１０日）加推第二及第三張價單，分別涉及１３２伙及１２６伙，三張價單累
推３９６伙，佔該盤總單位數量超過一半，總訂價約１８﹒７億元。
第二張價單的單位即供建築面積平均呎價為６７１７元，第三張價單的建築平均呎價則約為
６５３２元。
「逸峯」合共提供７２８個住宅單位，標準單位建築面積約由３４６至約１０２１平方呎，
兩房單位則佔標準單位逾六成。（ｐｃ）
