China State Construction International (CSCI) (03311) said it recorded an accumulated new contract value of HK$22.87 billion in the three months ended 31 March 2014, an increase of 44.2% year-on-year, and hence achieved a 41.6% completion of the full year target of 2014 of not less than HK$55 billion.
As of 31 March 2014, the on-hand contract value of CSCI amounted to about HK$135.89 billion, among which the backlog was around HK$88.93 billion, up 30.3% from a year earlier, which meets the Group's expected works in the next three years.
