China South City (01668) said it recorded contracted sales of around HK$14.1 billion for the year of FY2013/14, which exceeded the revised annual sales target of HK$14 billion (initial annual sales target was HK$11 billion), and represented a year-on-year increase of 72%.
The annual contracted gross floor area sold was about 1.75 million square metres at an average selling price of around HK$8,040 per square metre.
