Yuzhou Properties (01628) said it achieved sales of about Rmb704 million in March, an increase of 3.8% month-on-month, with corresponding gross floor area (GFA) sold of 63,378 square metres. The average selling price was Rmb11,108 per square metre.
For the first three months of 2014, the accumulated sales of the Group was Rmb2,201 million with corresponding GFA sold was 170,750 square metres. The average selling price was Rmb12,891 per square metres. In addition, around Rmb1,033 million was subscribed but in the process of signing contracts.
