Shimao Property (00813) said its contracted sales value amounted to about Rmb6.02 billion in March, a decrease of 5.2% from a year earlier, with contracted sold area of 466,981 square metres.
The average selling price for March was Rmb12,897 per square metre.
For the first three months of 2014, the aggregated contracted sales value was about Rmb11.79 billion with contracted sold area of 962,838 square metres, a decrease of 14% and 14% year-on-year. The average selling price for the three months was Rmb12,245 per square metre.
