Times Property (01233) said it agreed to further issue 12.625% senior notes due 2019 in the aggregate principal amount of US$80 million.
The offering price of the additional notes will be 100.125% of the principal amount.
The estimated net proceeds of about US$78.2 million will be used to finance the Group's existing and new property development projects (including land premium and construction costs).
UBS, Haitong International, BOC International and Citigroup are the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners in respect of the offer and sale of the additional notes.
