Dongjiang Environmental (00895) said the Board has approved the acquisition of the entire equity interest in each of Nanchang New Champion Energy Development Co., Ltd and Hefei New Champion Energy Development Co., Ltd at Rmb96.6 million.
The business scope of Nanchang New Champion includes design and construction of landfill site, synthetically utilization and related advisory service and other service of urban waste, collection of marsh gas and development and utilization of derivative product of marsh gas (other than the business subject to specific policy of the state).
The business scope of Hefei New Champion includes development, utilisation and advisory service of new energy technology (including biomass-derived energy and landfill gas power). Nanchang New Champion and Hefei New Champion possess the patent of advanced technology in landfill gas collection and well-managed operating projects.
