Noble House (China) (08246) said it expects to record a significant increase in loss for the three months ended 31 March 2014 as compared with that for the same period in 2013.
Such loss was primarily attributable to the decrease in the Group's revenue mainly as a result of the effect from the issuance of a set of policies to promote frugality by the PRC government in 2013.
Its quarterly results announcement is expected to be published on or before 9 May.
