Sinosoft Technology (01297) said it entered into a cooperative framework agreement with China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP) for a term of two years.
The parties will cooperate to develop the consultation business in the sphere of low-carbon environmental protection and economic cycle planning, to which the People's Republic of China attaches great importance, and develop and promote the information platform in relation to low-carbon environmental protection, the platform for energy management, the carbon audit system, the carbon management system and other information technology products.
Sinosoft Technology considers the cooperation will assist the Group in promoting the reach of the Group's products to other provinces and markets by leveraging on CECEP's wide coverage in the PRC as a state-owned enterprise.
