Simsen International Corporation (00993) said it reported a profit attributable to owners of the parent of HK$45.16 million for the year ended 30 April 2014, as compared to the loss of HK$56.9 million for the previous financial year.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK6.94 cents and HK5.86 cents.
The revenue was HK$166 million, an increase of 74% from a year earlier.
No final dividend will be distributed.
