Coastal Greenland (01124) said it agreed to sell its entire 25% of the registered capital of Beijing Ziguang Yan Hai Lian He Investment Co., Ltd. for Rmb95 million.
It is estimated that the Group will record an unaudited gain, before taking into account relevant tax expenses in relation to the disposal, of Rmb6.55 million. The proceeds will be applied towards the general working capital of the Group.
Ziguang Yan Hai is principally engaged in investment holding.
