SkyOcean International (00593) said its indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary has succeeded in the bid of the land use rights of three pieces of land in Beijing through a listing-for-sale process for Rmb2,615 million.
The site area of the three sites is 33,776 square metres, 63,879 square metres and 15,192 square metres and they are designated for commercial and finance use.
