KWG Property (01813) said it agreed to issue 8.25% senior notes due 2019 in the aggregate principal amount of US$400 million.
The estimated net proceeds of about US$394.6 million will be applied to refinance existing debt and to finance its existing and new projects.
Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers in respect of the offer and sale of the notes.
