Chaoyue Group (00147) said it is in preliminary discussions with different independent third parties regarding potential acquisition opportunities.
No binding terms or agreements have been entered into in respect of any potential acquisitions. These preliminary discussions are still in progress, and may or may not lead to an agreement, Chaoyue added.
